Check-in: from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel. Check-out: by 11:00 AM at the latest.
The tourist tax is not included in the offer price. From the age of 14, we charge EUR 3.00 PER person PER day.
Please note that with online bookings, your stay may involve a room change. If this is the case, we will of course contact you. Room photos are sample images and may vary depending on the category.
We accept debit cards, Master & Visa cards as well as cash payments. An ATM is located in Damüls.
We have a large hotel car park right in front of our building. For a fee, you can also conveniently park your car in our underground garage (prior reservation requested). You will also find charging facilities for your electric car here.
The general cancellation conditions apply (in accordance with Austrian hotel contract conditions): Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: your deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee of EUR 25.00 per booking, or a credit for another date. From 28 days to 15 days before arrival: 25%. From 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 50%. From 7 days to 4 days before arrival: 80%. From 3 days before arrival, the full booked services will be invoiced. The same applies in case of early departure or late arrival. We will endeavour to re-let the room if possible in order to keep cancellation costs as low as possible – or avoid them altogether.

We charge EUR 25.00 PER night for your four-legged companion (without food). We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in the wellness or restaurant areas. Furthermore, dogs are not allowed in all room categories. Please register your pet in advance.
On request, we are happy to provide a children's cot or a baby cot.
Surcharge for the New Year's Eve package including gala dinner, live music, fireworks, and more: Adults EUR 120.00 each; children aged 13–16 EUR 60.00 each.
The ski and/or shoe room is accessible at any time in both winter and summer.
We are happy to lend sleds, snowshoes, hiking poles, backpacks, and more to our hotel guests.
The Rössle sports shop is located directly opposite the hotel. Excellent advice and quality for winter and summer equipment are guaranteed. You will also find small souvenirs, postcards, stamps, and much more in the shop. In summer, e-bikes can be hired with prior reservation.
The Faschina ski school and the Faschina cable cars are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Ski tickets (and the Bregenzerwald Guest Card in summer) are available directly at the valley station of the Stafelalpe double chairlift in Faschina.
The Summer Bregenzerwald Guest Card, which is FREE of charge from 3 nights onwards, can be obtained online after successfully entering your data.
